At Dumont and Blake, they were responsible for market-beating returns for a diversified group of private clients. Prior to that, the team transformed the investment results at HSBC Investments, where they were responsible for the management of over $3 billion in equities and overseeing a team of 15 analysts, portfolio managers, and traders. Before joining HSBC they teamed to receive a #1 Lipper award managing small and mid-cap mutual funds with Merrill Lynch.   Prior to Merrill Lynch, both Fred and Tom spent many years managing portfolios for high-net worth individuals and smaller institutions.
